Registering and canceling for healthcare organizations is free with no obligations. Employers usually pay only when they successfully hire someone. If you use our services often, you can save money with our fixed fee option in our regular and premium fixed fee packages.

What types of jobs can be posted, and how are they posted and professionals selected?
Employer can post multiple temporary, part-time, or full-time jobs for various locations, each with different dates, hours, and prices, all with just one submission. Qualified professionals provide quotes, and the employer chooses one for temporary assignments. For part-time and full-time roles, the employer can interview and select the professional they want to work with.

Is it possible for employers to select and review the qualifications of nearby professionals?
Employers can select nearby professionals based on their qualifications. For part-time or full-time positions, they can request interviews through Tempcan. Additionally, if they have preferred professionals, they can opt to submit the job directly to their chosen candidate.

Who handles the payment processing within the agency?
The payment between the employer and the professional is conducted directly between them, while payment between the agency and the employer is also handled directly between tham as well.

Does the service offer a free trial, and if so, what are the charges after the trial period ends?
After signing up, users enjoy a three-month free trial. Once it ends, employers pay half-price for their chosen service, except for fixed fee membership. Employers can switch between fixed fee and switch back to pay-per-use options at the beginning of each month.

What are the pricing options for temporary, part-time, and full-time job positions?
The pricing structure differs based on the role and type of employment for each hire. Additionally, we offer convenient fixed regular and premium options tailored for frequent users, particularly healthcare organizations with multiple locations.

"Does Tempcan offer a referral bonus program, and if so, how does it work?"
You can earn up to CAD 200 for referrals. This includes receiving 50% of the commission from five successful temporary job assignments as outlined in the pricing section after free trial, or half of the commission for a part-time/full-time referral.
